WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION?
Functional nutrition is personalized nutrition that is evidence-based. The primary focus of functional nutrition is to restore and address imbalances in the body through food, lifestyle; stress, sleep & movement interventions. Ongoing or new symptoms that you may be experiencing are related to bodily systems and are clues into why the body is experiencing dysfunction. It is my job to help restore balance through nutritional and lifestyle interventions and protocol!
